Unfortunately, Mom and Britni's family were out of town for Dad's birthday. Unfortunate because they missed out!! We had country fried steak! I watched a bunch of videos online the night before trying to learn how. They turned out pretty good, but I'm pretty sure had I eaten 2 pieces, I would have had a heart attack that night. It was really greasy. We don't do many family gatherings at our house so it was fun to host for a change. We had a good time! Dad, I'm glad you were born!
