If there was an award for the worst blogger ever, I would win! But hopefully I'll start doing better. So an update on our lives...
For those of you who haven't heard, Guy and I are expecting a baby boy on Feb 11!! I'm 28 weeks/6 months along. We are super excited!! I will be graduating from Nursing School in December so we have some pretty exciting things coming up. We're also coming up on our year anniversary. Dec 19!! I can hardly believe its already been almost a year. I love being married to my best friend and am so grateful for all he does for me! He pushes me to be better. He really is the best!!
Guy and I aren't the best at taking pictures, but we're trying to do better. So we don't have much to show for the last year, but here are some of the few pictures we did take...(not in order)...
24th of July
Matt, Mary, Guy, and I went up to Frye Mesa on the 24th of July... We got up there and it started raining, so we hiked for about 10 min and drove back down. It stopped raining on our way back down. Guess we just have excellent timing! That is also the day we decided to tell people that we are pregnant. Matt was nice enough to morph a picture of Guy and me to see what our offspring will look like. Unfortunately, I can't find the picture on my computer at the moment so maybe later.
Easter!!
Dutch Ovens
We went out to my grandparent's ranch (behind Britni and Derek's) and had dutch oven dinner. It was mmm mmm good!
Guy's 23rd Birthday
We had a party for Guy's birthday. I didn't really get any good pictures and the only thing that shows Guy and my first cheesecake is a video, so enjoy...
El Presedente Nolan
Guy's Dad got called to be the new St. David Stake President and the whole family was able to be there. I love it when family is together and the Nolan's are really good at making that happen. I'm so grateful for Mother and Papa and their example.
President Fenn, President Nolan, and President Bryant
The whole Nolan Family
Sun Splash
For our family reunion this summer, the Smiths went to Sunsplash. I got 3 pictures total...how pathetic, but here are the two best...
Dad "enjoying" the time in the sun...
The boys played water ball against some random people and this is Guy, being the b-baller he is, dunking it.
Halloween
Guy and I started the day off going to the temple... what a beautiful place!! Guy even wore an orange tie, which is funny because I had been teasing him that he is a boring old man because he didn't want to dress up or carve pumpkins. I made him carve pumpkins with me and we both really enjoyed it. But I let the costume thing drop, mostly because we didn't really have anywhere to wear them and I couldn't think of anything good to dress up as. So it was a big surprise when on the way home from Mesa, he suggested we dress up to go over to his brother's house. I was excited, but since we didn't really have time to prepare, it wasn't the most convincing costume. Still funny though...
I LOVE him so stinkin much!!
25 weeks
Mine is the big mean pumpkin and Guy's is the little goofy pumpkin. It was really funny when they were about a week old because his started to look like a goofy grandpa pumpkin with no teeth.
Our Halloween costumes. The sign on my chest says, "The Devil made me do it!" and points to my stomach.

I made bread the other day and forgot about it (for the 3rd time) while it was rising. I thought it would be ok, but it turned into this monster bread. The picture doesn't really do it justice... in order to toast it, I had to cut the sides off. Someday I'll get it right!
Guy (right) with his cousin Bradley. He just moved to Willcox so hopefully we'll see more of him and his wife Tracy. We love them!!

Sorry I couldn't get the words to be a normal size. Maybe someone can show me how to work it.
